Sales Representative (1 Position)

Eswatini | Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow Eswatini Tech Academy’s student enrollment and business partnerships.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Promote Eswatini Tech Academy’s courses and training programs to prospective students and partners.
  • Engage with individuals and companies to present training packages and partnership opportunities.
  • Handle inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and online messages regarding registration and program details.
  • Assist management in developing and executing sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals using the academy’s CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotions and student recruitment campaigns.
  • Attend academy events, community outreach sessions, and exhibitions to represent the institution.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Experience in education sales or training-related fields is an advantage.
