We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow Eswatini Tech Academy’s student enrollment and business partnerships.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Promote Eswatini Tech Academy’s courses and training programs to prospective students and partners.
- Engage with individuals and companies to present training packages and partnership opportunities.
- Handle inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and online messages regarding registration and program details.
- Assist management in developing and executing sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals using the academy’s CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotions and student recruitment campaigns.
- Attend academy events, community outreach sessions, and exhibitions to represent the institution.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Experience in education sales or training-related fields is an advantage.
