  • Eswatini Tech Academy (“the Academy”) provides educational services, including but not limited to courses, workshops, and mentoring programs. By enrolling in the Academy, accessing the Academy’s website, or using its services, you (“the Student”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to the Academy’s refund policy. Refunds will only be granted under specific conditions, such as course cancellation by the Academy or withdrawal within a specified time frame before the course starts.

Late Payments

  • Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of access to course materials or expulsion from the course. The Academy reserves the right to charge late fees for overdue payments.

Use of Academy Resources

  • Students will receive access to course materials, which may include videos, readings, assignments, and software tools. These materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by the Academy, including but not limited to course materials, website content, and branding, is the intellectual property of the Academy or its licensors. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without explicit permission.

Third-Party Services

  • The Academy may use third-party services to deliver its courses and other offerings. The use of such services is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Students may terminate their enrollment at any time by notifying the Academy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Academy’s refund policy.

Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
