Introduction
Overview
- Eswatini Tech Academy (“the Academy”) provides educational services, including but not limited to courses, workshops, and mentoring programs. By enrolling in the Academy, accessing the Academy’s website, or using its services, you (“the Student”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

- By using the Academy’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Academy’s services.

Payment and Refunds
- Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. Payment methods accepted by the Academy will be specified during the registration process.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to the Academy’s refund policy. Refunds will only be granted under specific conditions, such as course cancellation by the Academy or withdrawal within a specified time frame before the course starts.
Late Payments
- Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of access to course materials or expulsion from the course. The Academy reserves the right to charge late fees for overdue payments.
Use of Academy Resources
Access to Materials
- Students will receive access to course materials, which may include videos, readings, assignments, and software tools. These materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Intellectual Property
- All content provided by the Academy, including but not limited to course materials, website content, and branding, is the intellectual property of the Academy or its licensors. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without explicit permission.
Third-Party Services
- The Academy may use third-party services to deliver its courses and other offerings. The use of such services is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.
Privacy and Data Protection

- The Academy collects personal information from students during the registration process and course participation. This information is used to provide educational services, process payments, and improve the Academy’s offerings.

Termination
Termination by the Academy
- The Academy reserves the right to terminate or suspend a student’s access to its services for violations of these Terms or any other reason deemed appropriate by the Academy.

- Students may terminate their enrollment at any time by notifying the Academy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Academy’s refund policy.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Academy’s services shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Eswatini.

- The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Academy’s services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
